Morning Yoga with EASE

Updated: Aug 18, 2019

Many individuals, particularly curvy ladies, will shy away from doing any kind of yoga. They feel it's too hard, intimidating, and unconformable physically/emotionally/spiritually. Many "fluffy" women don't want to go to yoga and feel judged or out of place among the smaller and often more fit or flexible counterparts. There are MANY curvy girls doing yoga, but it looks different and often the practice has to be modified to accommodate the differences in physique.

In American culture there is also this drive to out-perform each other, even in Yoga, where it is mainly about the breath and to develop your practice with ease. There are many great benefits for yoga that include improving physical and mental stamina, improve blood and lymph flow, help with digestive health, reduce tension and stress, alleviate pain and stiffness, promote relaxation and peace of mind, and a great deal more than that. Here is a short video to get you started with an nice process. Happy Practice.
