Fascia and its connection to Pain

Fascia: The once elusive tissue that has been shown that it is far more than just glue to hold us together. It shapes us, supports us, helps us move, and has its own way of communicating beyond the nervous system. It is so much more important to us than ever thought, and has yet to be fully explored. When restricted, can cause issues with posture, pain, as well as lymphatic and circulatory issues.
